On the cover: While it may seem obvious that this Pachypodium can be seen from some distance, unless one gets close enough and pays attention to the flowers, as Petr Pavelka did, to take this photograph the fact that it is a new species may go un-noticed. Quite noticeable is the erosion taking place on the nearby hill. One wonders how long is left to find and study plants that live on the Great Island? |
