TERMS OF BUSINESS: Cash with order (email orders will not be processed until paid for by post). I am sorry that I cannot accept payment by credit or debit card. Please quote the above list number when ordering; you may then use reference numbers only for plant orders if you wish. For UK orders up to £30 the charge for postage and packing is £3.00, for orders of £30 and over postage and packing is free. For EC orders postage is extra for all orders at £5. The plants listed at £2 are mostly ex 5cm (2") or 7cm (2.5") pots, with higher priced plants usually from 8 or 10cm (3.5 or 4") pots. I also have a good number in too small quantities to include on the list; they are available at the nursery - do pay me a visit. Cheques payable to 'John Pilbeam' please, and include s.a.e. if you require priority for my next list. Payment from overseas by sterling cheque drawn on a London bank, or international postal money order or Euros (ask me for current rate of exchange to convert Euros to GB £).
The three sales houses are now open at weekends and every weekday except Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., but if you are planning to visit the nursery especially in winter months, please phone to avoid disappointment, in case I am at a show or elsewhere. Please quote some substitutes, or say whether you will accept my choice, or require a credit or a refund, in case some of the plants you choose are sold out. If you include your telephone number or email number I may be able to sort out acceptable replacements with you. Orders are dealt with in strict rotation, and are usually in the post within two weeks of receipt, except in very cold weather.
