Shipping carriers have not only raised charges but are now charging by box size rather than by weight only. We will change the method of shipment you choose if your plants require a large box and do not weigh the minimum specified by the shipping carrier for that size box.

FLORIDA AND LOUISIANA CUSTOMERS

The states of Florida and Louisiana require that we provide a brown snail certificate for each order we ship to their states. These certificates prove the order has been inspected and found free of brown snails. Include $25.00 per order for the cost of obtaining the brown snail certificate required by your state.

OUR GUARANTEE

If you receive an unsatisfactory plant call us or return it within 10 days of receipt for replacement, refund or credit as desired. Safe arrival of plants cannot be guaranteed except by air. Winter shipments are by air only and at your risk. We cannot be responsible for losses during the cold season. We cannot fix a problem if you do not tell us about it.

PUMICE

Pumice is a porous stone, that suspends water in the rock. Our clean 3/8" is larger than most, gives good results with organic mix. A one cubic foot carton weights 35 to 40 pounds. Price per box is $12.50 plus $5.00 handling plus shipping. Call for quote. By surface only.
